I was going to fill out the list, but then I realized that I didn't know most of the food on the list. When I'm at a restaurant, if I find something that I don't know I ask whomever is sitting next to me what it is. But I don't store it in long term memory, so it's gone seconds later.

I've never heard of Criollo chocolate. I want to try some now.
